Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in classes, workshops, or other services offered by Spire Studio of Dance, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms may be updated at the Studio's discretion. Continued participation indicates your acceptance of any changes.

2. Enrollment and Payment Policies

2.1 Registration

  • All students must complete a registration form and agree to the terms before attending any class.
  • A registration fee may apply (if applicable). 

2.2 Payment

  • Payments must be made in advance for all classes, workshops, and events.
  • Fees should be paid before 5th of each month.
  • Accepted payment methods: Online payment, UPI, Cash.

2.3 Refund Policy

  • Fees once paid is non-refundable.
  • Refunds or credits are not given for missed classes.
  • Exceptions may be made for special conditions.

3. Class Policies

3.1 Attendance and Punctuality

  • Students are expected to arrive on time.
  • Consistent attendance is encouraged for progression.

3.2 Class Cancellations

  • The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Students will be notified via Whatsapp message on the group.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Behavior

  • Students and parents/guardians must conduct themselves respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class or program.

4.2 Attire

  • Students must adhere to the Studio's dress code.
  • Proper dance shoes and attire are required for safety and class participation.
